I am not Native American; by some benchmarks, I am not even North American, having moved to Canada less than 10 years ago.
I don’t think we know enough about variable resistance yet to specifically determine what is best for different ages, but if you go to Dr. Jaquish’s instagram page, you can see a pre/post DXA showing 6lbs of muscle gained, and 17lbs of fat lost doing the 12 week program, and this guy was 55.
